Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and verified, we promptly begin the preparation process. Due to this swift timeline, it becomes challenging to modify or cancel your order. However, we will endeavor to support your request if it is made within 06 hours of placing the order successfully.

 Processing Time

Our handcrafted press-on nails are made with care and precision. The processing time for your order typically takes 3 to 5 business days, although some items may require additional time due to their bespoke nature.

Shipping Information

Ganotshop ships handmade nails worldwide from our base in China, catering mainly to a large customer base in the United States. Below are the estimated delivery times post-dispatch, exclusive of the processing time:

Please note:

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs-related issues. By placing an order with Ganotshop, you acknowledge and accept the potential for such delays.

Order Tracking Information

Once your order is on its way, an email notification containing a unique parcel tracking number will be sent to you. To review the status of your order or obtain the tracking number, log in to aquanora.com and navigate to “My Account” Click on “My Order” for an overview, or use the “TRACK ORDER” link to track its progress. 

Keep in mind that it might take a few days for the tracking number to become active in the courier’s system post-shipment. If the information is not immediately available, please try again later. Rest assured, the estimated shipping time remains valid regardless of tracking site updates. 

Tax Information

Customers are exempt from paying importing fees, duties, or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However, residents in specific countries, especially in Europe (such as Germany, Italy, UK, etc.), may be subject to duties or VAT in accordance with their countries’ levying rules.
